Tragic Imbalance

Have you heard: approximately 1.7% of charitable giving each year goes to missions in the hardest-to-reach places around the world? (source: https://www.thetravelingteam.org/money-and-missions/). Less than 2%! That’s a tragedy. These hard-to-reach places are where the unreached, those people who have NEVER heard about Jesus and His gift of salvation, live and breathe each day. Many of these live in extreme poverty as well.
This sad financial fact means the vast majority of resources are NOT making a difference in the lives of the least reached people groups, those who need Jesus and the transforming message of the Gospel the most.

How can this be changed?

Multipication Continues

Twenty indigenous leaders trained in SIU’s orality toolkit, historically and conservatively, have led to at least 60 new believers and 12 new house churches over the following year! The multiplication continues 100-fold or more, creating Spirit-led movements.
